Shahrukh Khan

One of Bollywood’s most successful actors, Shahrukh Khan, has created a big bang at the box office many times over the years. As we get ready to see a few of his upcoming films this year and in 2016, the actor recently released a line of new merchandise for his die-hard fans.
A leading online youth casual wear brand teamed up with Yash Raj Films to launch a clothing line called “The King Khan Collection.” The merchandise will feature SRK’s most popular YRF movie dialogues such as “Rahul...naam to suna hoga,” “Bade bade deshon me aisi chotti chotti baaten hoti rehti hain” and “K...k...k...k...k...Kiran” on T-shirts, boxers and phone cases.
“Team Bewakoof’s perspective on our content along with their ability to engage the young audience with their product designs is the reason for our successful relationship so far,” said Manan Mehta, vice president of marketing and merchandising to Bollywood Life. “With this new range we intend to take this relationship a notch higher and are confident that our audience will love this range.”
The collection recently released on Aug. 13 and can now be purchased on www.bewakoof.com
In the mean time, SRK is working on three upcoming films, “Dilwale,” “Raees” and “Fan.”
We’ve been hearing more and more details about the three films as well as some behind-the-scene looks.
In one picture, the actor is seen riding on a bike, dressed in blue denim shirt and pants while sporting a messy hair look with specs in a serious look for "Raees."
A few new details of SRK’s character in the film has been revealed and director Rahul Dholakia admitted that the lead role’s look and accent has been changed.
“He plays a man from the ghetto in Gujarat. He will dress and speak in a particular manner,” said Dholakia to Bollywod Hungama, who added that the film started on the issue of Prohibation. “We wanted to make a film on the issue. And since Gujarat is the only state that has Prohibition, we decided to locate our plot in Gujarat.”
Reports state that Khan’s plays a true-life character in “Raees” and resulted in the script being re-written multiple times.
“His character started off as a real-life person. But as we wrote and re-wrote several drafts of the script, Shah Rukh’s character become more and more fictional,” said Dholakia.
